Only registered attendees of the ACTRIMS Forum 2026 may utilize the ACTRIMS room block. This policy will be strictly enforced, and any reservations made outside of this policy are subject to cancellation.

Housing Fraud Warning

Cvent Passkey is the platform for housing services for the ACTRIMS Forum 2026.  Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to ACTRIMS.

  • Groups with housing needs of 10 or more total room reservations must request a group sub-block within the ACTRIMS room block. Click here for more details.

  • San Diego International Airport (SAN) is conveniently located just minutes from downtown San Diego and 3.5 miles from the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina.

    Taxi & Rideshare Services: Taxicab stands are available at the airport, major hotels, and popular attractions throughout the city. Rideshare services such as Lyft and Uber are also widely available and serve San Diego International Airport.

    San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS): With three Trolley (light rail) lines and more than 90 bus routes, MTS offers convenient access to many of San Diego’s top destinations. For schedules and maps, visit the MTS website.

    San Diego Flyer Shuttle: The San Diego Flyer is a free electric shuttle providing service between San Diego International Airport and the Old Town Transit Center, where travelers can connect to MTS buses and trolleys as well as Amtrak trains. For details, visit the San Diego Flyer page.

    Regional& Long-Distance Trains: Travelers along the West Coast can enjoy scenic coastal views aboard Amtrak’s Pacific Surfliner. While in the San Diego region, the SPRINTER and COASTER trains offer convenient rail service for exploring nearby communities.
