Industry Opportunities
The ACTRIMS 2026 Sponsorship Prospectus will be announced mid-July 2025 and will offer a variety of support opportunities across three annual programs: the ACTRIMS Forum 2026, Neurology Resident Summit in Multiple Sclerosis, and the Young Scientist Summit in Clinical Neuroimmunology.
The prospectus will include complete details regarding the Forum’s Industry Hub, an innovative multi-level space at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina featuring Business Suites and Business Pods tailored for one-on-one and small group conversations, fostering quality interactions and collaboration between Delegates and Industry Supporters.
The Industry Hub is an appointment-based model that replaces traditional exhibit booths as Forum Delegates are more likely to respond favorably to an invitation rather than walk in uninvited. Industry Supporters are strongly encouraged to setup meetings with Delegates in advance of the Forum. ACTRIMS will provide a variety of tools to assist with these efforts. Full details will be provided in the Sponsorship Prospectus.
The Industry Hub will be open Thursday, February 5 and Friday, February 6 from 7:30 am – 7:30 pm.
Please note the following:
All sponsorship, Business Suite, Business Pod, and Industry Supported Satellite Symposium slots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Eight Business Suite sponsorship opportunities will be available and include the room only, without furniture or equipment. Business Suites will be available exclusively to sponsors of the Forum 2026 with a commitment of $10,000 or above.
A limited number of Standard and Premium Business Pods will be available. Each are designed for "plug and play" convenience. Simply bring business collateral, laptops, or other materials. There is not a minimum sponsorship commitment to purchase a Business Pod.
Industry Showcases highlight corporate MS initiatives, including addressing disparities in treatment and care, media and advocacy partnerships raising awareness, and research innovation. Industry Showcases may also cover relevant research and data related to a specific drug, product, device, or service. All Industry Showcases must be pre-recorded and will be available on-demand through the ACTRIMS Forum 2026 Event App.
Five Industry Supported Satellite Symposia slots are available. Only Industry Supported Satellite Symposia programs offering certified continuing education (CE) are allowed. Review Industry Supported Satellite Symposium Guidelines and Application here.
