Early Career Clinician & Scientist Summit

Applications are now closed for the ACTRIMS Early Career Clinician & Scientist Summit. The Summit is held in conjunction with the ACTRIMS Forum 2026 in San Diego, California.

ACTRIMS is committed to fostering the careers of young investigators and clinicians by offering mentorship and educational opportunities to drive growth and innovation in the field of MS. 

For the first time, the annual Neurology Resident Summit in Multiple Sclerosis and Young Scientist Summit in Clinical Neuroimmunology will be held together in-conjunction with the ACTRIMS Forum 2026, forming the ACTRIMS Early Career Clinician & Scientist Summit. The event will take place February 3–4, 2026, in San Diego, California. Accepted Early Career Clinician & Scientist Summit  participants will attend Summit programming on February 3 and 4, receive complimentary registration to the ACTRIMS Forum 2026, a hotel room for the duration of the Summit and Forum, and roundtrip economy airfare to the meeting location.  As a North American organization, preference is given to applicants from the US and Canada. Acceptance of international applications is decided on a case-by-case basis.

Notifications Sent:  November 1, 2025 

Due to the educational nature, attendance is reserved for accepted Summit participants. Industry Delegate and Medical Science Liaison/Researcher registration is prohibited.

Tuesday, February 3 Joint programming applicable to both tracks
Wednesday, February 4 Morning lectures and afternoon breakout sessions specific to each track

Abstract Submission and Poster Presentation 

ACTRIMS encourages applicants to the Early Career Clinician & Scientist Summit to submit their abstracts to the ACTRIMS Forum 2026. Accepted Summit participants with abstracts accepted for poster presentation at the Forum will be eligible for judging during the Forum poster session(s) and a poster presentation award.
