All ACTRIMS Forum 2020 attendees are required to register. Please carefully review the registration options available to ensure the correct registration selection is made.
|Delegates||Delegate registrants are not employed by a pharmaceutical company or commercial entity.||Industry Delegates||Industry Delegates hold a non-research position and are employed by a pharmaceutical company or commercial entity.||Medical Science Liaisons||Medical Science Liaisons are professionals with advanced scientific training and academic credentials employed by a pharmaceutical company or commercial entity. Proof of credentials is required.||Young Investigators||Young Investigators are seven years from obtaining their advanced degree: M.D. or Ph.D. Proof is required.||Exhibit Only Access||Representatives from a confirmed exhibiting organization may purchase Exhibitor passes.
Registration does not permit access to the Forum scientific sessions.
Registration includes full access to the Forum scientific sessions unless otherwise specified. Registration badges are non-transferable and must be worn at all times. Attaching cards, ribbons, or other items to badges is not permitted, unless provided by ACTRIMS.

+ U.S. Licensed Physicians and National Physician Payment Transparency Program
This section strictly applies to U.S. Licensed Physicians.
In accordance with the National Physician Payment Transparency Program: OPEN Payments (formerly known as Physician Payments Sunshine Act), U.S. licensed physicians’ National Provider Identifier (NPI - ten digits) and specialty(s) are part of the reporting requirement of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.
Please note that your information will only be provided IF you participate in a reportable event/activity as defined by legislation.
During the registration process, you will be required to provide your NPI and speciality.
ACTRIMS will retain records in accordance with ACCME policies.
+ Cancellation and Refund Policies
The participant is liable to pay the registration fees as soon as she/he has registered for the meeting. If a registrant is not attending the meeting but has not adhered to the following cancellation policies, the complete registration costs must be paid.
Any cancellation must be sent in writing to ACTRIMS.
Refund of registration fees:
- On or before Friday, February 14, 2020, fees will be refunded less a 25% cancellation fee.
- Beginning Saturday, February 15, 2020 there will be no refunds for cancellations.
By registering for ACTRIMS Forum 2020, participants agree to receive email communications from ACTRIMS and give permission to ACTRIMS to publish any photographs or videos for educational and promotional purposes without compensation.
