If you are unable to attend the ACTRIMS Forum 2027 in Phoenix, you can still participate virtually. ACTRIMS will live stream and record all educational sessions, including Industry Supported Satellite Symposia.
Virtual Pass Only registrants will have access to the live stream and ePosters through the Forum 2027 Event App. Recorded sessions will be available on demand following the conclusion of the live event.
Online access to the live stream, ePosters, and recorded sessions is also included with all in-person registrations.

Group registration is available for groups of 10 or more individuals. The deadline for group registration is Monday, February 15, 2027. To begin the group registration process, please download and complete the Group Registration Form with all required information. Please email your completed form to Kelly Carroll at kcarroll@actrims.org.

Access to the Forum 2027 is only possible with your personal name badge. Please wear your badge at all times within the meeting space at the Phoenix Convention Center.

Registration cancellations received in writing to ACTRIMS at info@actrims.org on or before Monday, March 1, 2027, will be accepted and fees refunded with no penalty. Cancellations or changes received after Monday, March 1, 2027, will not be honored or refunded. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the ACTRIMS Forum 2027.

By registering for the ACTRIMS Forum 2027, participants agree to adhere to the ACTRIMS Code of Conduct.
AGE REQUIREMENT
To maintain a professional meeting environment and ensure the safety and comfort of all participants, the ACTRIMS Forum 2027 is intended for adult attendees only. Individuals under the age of 18 may not attend any of the ACTRIMS Forum 2027 activities, including general sessions, educational programs, networking events, social functions, and exhibit hall activities.
EMAIL COMMUNICATION
ACTRIMS may use your registration information to provide you with our services, process transactions, or contact you with newsletters, marketing, or promotional materials. By registering for the ACTRIMS Forum 2027, participants agree to receive email communications from ACTRIMS. You can withdraw your permission to receive our emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of every email you receive from us.

PHOTOGRAPHS & VIDEOS
By registering for the ACTRIMS Forum 2027, participants acknowledge that photography, audio, and video recording may occur on the event premises and therefore consent to the release, publication, or reproduction of such material for educational and promotional purposes as directed by ACTRIMS without compensation.
ONSITE BADGE SCANNING
Participants are not obligated to allow Industry Representatives to scan their badge in the ACTRIMS Forum 2027 Industry Hub or when entering Business Suites, Business Pods, or Industry Supported Satellite Symposia. If you allow a representative to scan your badge, you acknowledge that your contact information (name, organization, city, country, and email) will be provided to the Industry Supporter or Satellite Symposia accreditor.
INDUSTRY SESSIONS IN EVENT APP
On-demand Industry Supported Satellite Symposia and Industry Showcases will be available in the ACTRIMS Forum 2027 Event App. By accessing these sessions in the event app, you acknowledge that your registration information (name, organization, city, country, and email) will be provided to the Industry Supporter or Satellite Symposia accreditor.

Under the National Physician Payment Transparency Program (Open Payments, formerly the Physician Payments Sunshine Act), the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) require reporting of a physician’s National Provider Identifier (NPI – 10 digits) and specialty.
Your information will only be reported if you participate in an activity that is reportable under the Open Payments program.
During registration, you will be asked to provide your NPI and specialty.

To request an official Letter of Invitation in support of your visa application, please complete the Letter of Invitation Request Form. Invitation letters are issued only after registration is complete and full payment has been received.
We recommend beginning the visa application process for entry into the United States as early as possible. Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all applicable visa and travel requirements. The invitation letter is provided solely to support your visa application and does not guarantee visa approval. ACTRIMS has no influence over the visa process or its outcomes.
