If you are a foreign citizen, please do not delay in determining whether a visa is required for entry into the United States. We strongly encourage you to plan ahead and apply as early as possible, as visa processing and interview wait times may be lengthy. Attendees are responsible for ensuring they meet all visa and travel requirements. For detailed information, please visit the U.S. Department of State's Website.
To request an official Letter of Invitation to support your visa application, please complete the Letter of Invitation Request Form. Letters will be issued only after registration is completed and full payment has been received.
Please note: A Letter of Invitation is intended to assist with the visa application process but does not guarantee visa approval. ACTRIMS is unable to intervene with U.S. Embassies or Consulates on behalf of applicants.
