| October 27, 2025 | Deadline to confirm use of ACTRIMS’ Slido account for live polling |
| November 4, 2025 | Deadline to provide ACTRIMS instruction on whether to record and live stream the symposium, as well as post the recording to the event app and/or include in the Online Library. |
| November 10, 2025 | Finalization of stage set |
| November 17, 2025 | Collaboration Link completion deadline |
| December 1, 2025 | Event App Virtual Briefcase Insert and/or Direct Mailing pieces (if applicable) due to ACTRIMS for review and approval |
| December 5, 2025 | Digital podium custom graphic due to ACTRIMS for review and approval |
| January 7, 2026 | Early registration deadline |
| January 9, 2026 | Deadline to submit contact information for symposium staff member to review and approve audience questions prior to public viewing |
| January 12, 2026 | Group registration deadline |
| January 12, 2026 | Satellite Symposium Vendor registration deadline |
| January 15, 2026 | Lead retrieval order deadline |
| February 14, 2025 | Deadline for up to two promotional foam core signs to be shipped to ACTRIMS for placement at the ACTRIMS Forum venue |
| January 26, 2026 | Satellite Symposium Faculty registration deadline. Onsite registration will not be available. |
| February 5 - 7, 2025 | ACTRIMS Forum 2026 |
