Group Registration

+ Who is eligible for group registration?

Groups of 10 or more people who are employees of an organization or company with an organizational profile with ACTRIMS are eligible for group registration.

The following individuals and groups are ineligible for the group registration process:

• Groups of less than 10 individuals
• Individuals using a complimentary code or discount code

+ Do group registrations qualify for a discount on the registration fee?

No, the group registration process exists to allow a key contact to register individuals from an organization or company for the ACTRIMS Forum. There are no discounts available for individuals registering as part of a group, with the exception of the early registration discount (automatically applied when registrations are submitted prior to January 22, 2025).

+ Are group registrations eligible for the early registration discount?

Yes, groups may take advantage of the early regisration discount. The key contact must register and submit payment for all members of the group prior to the early registration deadline (January 22, 2025).

+ Do I have to pay with a credit card?

A credit card payment is required for group registrations at the time of registration. If you are unable to pay with a credit card, please contact Elizabeth Pansegrau at epansegrau@actrims.org.

+ What is the group registration cancellation policy?

Registration cancellations received in writing to ACTRIMS at epansegrau@actrims.org on or before Monday, February 17, 2025, will be accepted and fees will be refunded without penalty. Cancellations received after Monday, February 17, 2025, will not be honored or refunded.

+ Can I register additional individuals once my group registration has been submitted?

Yes, the key contact may register additional individuals using the same steps above until February 3, 2025. If you need to add a new individual to your organizational profile, email Elizabeth Pansegrau at epansegrau@actrims.org.
