Registration for the ACTRIMS Forum 2024

The onsite registration deadline to attend the ACTRIM Forum 2024 in West Palm Beach is February 19, 2024. Everyone must be registered to attend. There is NO onsite registration.

Virtual Pass Only registration will remain open until Wednesday, February 28 at 12:00 pm ET.

Delegate: professional employed by academic institution, hospital, government agency, or non-profit organization. $600 $650
Young Investigator: student/trainee OR professional who has obtained an advanced degree (M.D. or Ph.D.) within seven years (2017 or later) of the time of the Forum. Proof is required. $0 $0
Medical Science Liaison/Researcher: professional with advanced scientific training and academic credentials employed by a pharmaceutical company or commercial entity. $700 $750
Industry Delegate: professional who holds a non-research position and is employed by a pharmaceutical company or commercial entity. $700 $750
Virtual Pass Only: online access to view the live stream and ePosters over the meeting dates as well as access to recorded sessions following the conclusion of the live event. $150 $200

+ Virtual Pass

If you are unable to attend the Forum 2024 in West Palm Beach, ACTRIMS will be live streaming and recording all educational sessions, including Industry Supported Satellite Symposia. Virtual Pass Only registrants will access the live stream and ePosters through the Forum 2024 Event App. Recorded sessions will be available following the conclusion of the live event.

Online access to the live stream, ePosters, and recorded sessions is included in all in-person registrations.

+ Group Registration

Group registration is available for groups of 10 or more individuals. The deadline for group registration is Monday, February 5, 2024.

The group registration process is completed by a key contact of the organization. The key contact will collect the required information of the individuals they wish to register and fill out their registration forms on their behalf. The key contact may also make a one-time payment in full for all of the individuals they will register at that time.

+ Onsite Badge Pick-Up & Assistance Hours

Access to the Forum 2024 is only possible with your personal name badge. Please always wear your badge in the Forum meeting space. Badge Pick-Up and Assistance will be open during these hours:

  • Wednesday, February 28

    5:00 - 7:00 pm

  • Thursday, February 29 & Friday, March 1

    7:30 am - 6:00 pm

  • Saturday, March 2

    7:30 am - 3:30 pm

+ Registration Cancellation

Registration cancellations received in writing to ACTRIMS at dslattery@actrims.org on or before Monday, February 19, 2024, will be accepted and fees refunded with no penalty. Cancellations or changes received after Monday, February 19, 2024, will not be honored or refunded. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the ACTRIMS Forum 2024.

+ Health & Safety

ACTRIMS will encourage healthy behaviors onsite at the Forum 2024 that prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other illness and implement health and safety protocols appropriate at the time of the meeting.

By registering for the ACTRIMS Forum 2024, participants agree to adhere to the ACTRIMS Code of Conduct.

EMAIL COMMUNICATION

ACTRIMS may use your registration information to provide you with our services, process transactions, and/or contact you with newsletters, marketing, or promotional materials. By registering for the ACTRIMS Forum 2024, participants agree to receive email communications from ACTRIMS. You can withdraw your permission to receive our emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of every email you receive from us.

PHOTOGRAPHS & VIDEOS

By registering for the ACTRIMS Forum 2024, participants give permission to ACTRIMS to publish any photographs or videos for educational and promotional purposes without compensation.

ONSITE BADGE SCANNING

Participants are not obligated to allow Industry Representatives to scan their badge in the ACTRIMS Forum 2024 Industry Hub or when entering Business Suites, Business Pods, and/or Industry Supported Satellite Symposia. If you allow a representative to scan your badge, you acknowledge that your contact information (name, organization, city, country, and email) will be provided to the Industry Supporter or Satellite Symposia accreditor.

INDUSTRY SESSIONS IN EVENT APP

On-demand Industry Supported Satellite Symposia and Industry Showcases will be available in the ACTRIMS Forum 2024 Event App. By accessing these sessions in the event app, you acknowledge that your registration information (name, organization, city, country, and email) will be provided to the Industry Supporter or Satellite Symposia accreditor.

+ U.S. Licensed Physicians and National Physician Payment Transparency Program

This section strictly applies to U.S. Licensed Physicians.

In accordance with the National Physician Payment Transparency Program: OPEN Payments (formerly known as Physician Payments Sunshine Act), U.S. licensed physicians’ National Provider Identifier (NPI - ten digits) and specialty are part of the reporting requirement of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.

Please note that your information will only be provided IF you participate in a reportable event/activity as defined by legislation.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide your NPI and speciality.

+ Visa Requirements

If you are a foreign citizen, don’t delay in applying for a visa for entry into the United States, if needed. Such arrangements are the responsibility of conference attendees. Visit the U.S. Department of State's Website for more information on obtaining a visa.

An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a visa can be requested by completing the Letter of Invitation Request Form. The letter will be issued ONLY after registration has been completed and full payment received.

Please note that the Letter of Invitation is intended to help obtain a visa and is not a guarantee of visa approval. ACTRIMS cannot intervene on behalf of the invitees with an U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
