The annual ACTRIMS Forum is a prime opportunity to highlight the advancements your organization has made in the MS field. Bringing together the best and brightest in MS research, the ACTRIMS Forum 2020 will gather over 1,200 attendees as ACTRIMS continues to further its mission of providing leadership in the field of multiple sclerosis and other demyelinating diseases. In addition to sound scientific programming, the ACTRIMS Forum 2020 is pleased to offer a variety of opportunities for Industry Supporters to network with attendees while showcasing your organizations’ expertise.

Please note the following regarding first right of refusal and other eligibility requirements:
Industry Supporters of ACTRIMS Forum 2019 have first right of refusal until Thursday, August 29, 2019 to sponsor the same event or product again in 2020. Beginning Friday, August 30, 2019 all remaining support opportunities will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Until Thursday, August 29, 2019, ACTRIMS Forum 2019 exhibitors will receive priority booth assignment. Beginning Friday, August 30, 2019 all remaining exhibit opportunities will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibit booths will be assigned according to space requests, past participation in the ACTRIMS Forum and total contribution to the ACTRIMS Forum 2020.
Business Suites are available exclusively to sponsors of the ACTRIMS Forum 2020 with a commitment of $15,000 or above and/or exhibitors at $10,000 or above. Any industry supporter meeting the minimum contribution may request a Business Suite as they are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Product Theaters are available exclusively to sponsors of the ACTRIMS Forum 2020 with a commitment of $15,000 or above and/or exhibitors at $10,000 or above. Any industry supporter meeting the minimum contribution may apply for a Product Theater. Following the review of the proposals by the Scientific Program and Executive Committees, Product Theater slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Only Satellite Symposia programs which offer certified continuing medical education are allowed. Satellite Symposia slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, following the review of the proposals by the Scientific Program and Executive Committees.
Note these online forms only contain promotional opportunities. The opportunities described on these pages recognize the valued contributions by commercial interests to the social and networking opportunities of this meeting. Industry supporters are required to distribute this information as well as the Exhibitor Kit and Industry Supporter Manual to all third-party vendors acting on behalf of the supporter and to all individuals staffing the exhibit booth. All prices are in USD.

All support, exhibit, business suite, product theater and satellite symposia commitments are final and non-refundable.
