Business Suites are available exclusively to sponsors of the ACTRIMS Forum 2020 with a commitment of $15,000 or above and/or exhibitors at $10,000 or above. Any industry supporter meeting the minimum contribution may request a Business Suite immediately as they are sold on a first-come, first-served basis until all suites are sold. A total of five Business Suites are available.
Three complimentary exhibitor badges are included with the purchase of a Business Suite. Note exhibitor badges do not include access to the scientific sessions.
The guidelines below highlight issues to keep in mind throughout the ACTRIMS program and are subject to change without prior notice.

The primary focus of the Forum is education. Business Suite organizers should be mindful of this and respect attendee’s time by limiting their solicitation.
Large group activities or receptions within Business Suites cannot compete with the ACTRIMS Forum 2020 programming. To view the program, click here.
May not be used to exhibit company’s products or to organize activities, such as media briefings, press conferences, any other type of meetings, including satellite symposia, educational and meet-the-expert sessions.
Includes the room only, without furniture or equipment. Each company is responsible for coordinating with the Hilton Anatole, Freeman or other suppliers for its individual needs such as food, furniture, supplies or hostesses.
Any and all décor must be contained inside the assigned business suite. ACTRIMS will provide signage outside each business suite for identification.
Business suite organizer is responsible for complying with all relevant industry codes/standards.
ACTRIMS has the right to enter business suites at any time.
ACTRIMS has the right to amend these regulations at any time without notice and has final approval of activities and business suite designs.
Failure to adhere to these regulations could result in sanctions
